What is Plan to Protect?

Here’s a reminder of what plan to protect is. Many churches, schools and community-based programs working with children have implemented this program in order to provide the highest quality of care and safety. As our children and youth programs have grown, the need has arisen for additional structures. The most important reason is it allows us to provide a place where our children and youth are being cared for in a safe environment and we are doing all we can to protect them while they are in our care. Additionally, these structures provide assurance to new families coming in who may not yet have the same level of trust that we already have with one another.  And finally, showing our insurance company that we are implementing a child protection plan keeps them happy too😊.
