Rows are good. Circles are better!
We gather in vibrant Groups, knowing that Jesus and His Spirit meet us in community.
Community connection is vital to our spiritual growth. Transformation happens as we journey closely with one another.
We gain so much from coming together with other Christians in our communities.
Here you will find opportunities to connect with members of OVC, Calvary Church, and other local churches.
We have a variety of groups meeting virtually and in person. If you are interested in joining, please find the contact details for the leaders below.
Monday Morning Bible Study
John and Kathleen run the Monday Morning Bible Study (or, as we affectionately call them, the "Zoomers group").
They currently meet on Zoom, and they are grateful for the online platform as it gives them a way to stay connected with members of the community who are otherwise isolated or unable to participate in person.
Every meeting begins with a time of sharing personal updates and prayer requests, followed by a worship song, a Bible study video, and some discussion.
This group has been meeting in various formats for several years and has become a very caring community of people who are delighted to continue welcoming new members into their midst.

Young Families Group
The Young Families Group was brought together to encourage and support families through all stages of parenthood and caregiving. We are here to pray through fertility hopes & challenges, the baby & toddler years, kid & teen life and for young adult kids as they test out launching the nest.
We gather monthly around a family-style potluck meal and share the blessings and challenges that come with each season, knowing God has big plans for each of our kids and modelling our call to be united as one family of believers.
Gatherings are the first Sunday of every month after church.
