Lent

Philippians 4:8 reads, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."

That's our challenge this Lent: to remove ourselves from input sources that may be negatively shaping us (especially those that we give too much time to) and to replace them with good things from God. Instead of streaming, look to scripture. Instead of playing video games, take more time to pray.
